Check an update worked

Confirm devices received and started the new code.

On a device

    Open a release build of the app — an update_check event appears in Analytics.
  2. 2
    After publishing, open the app, wait a few seconds, close it fully and reopen it.
  3. 3
    download_completed and install_succeeded events confirm the update is running.

In the app

Show (await FireOTA.getCurrentRelease()).releaseId on an About screen to see which release is running.
