Ship the store build
Only binaries that contain the SDK can receive updates.
Build and submit
Build a release (./gradlew bundleRelease / Xcode Archive) and submit it as usual. Its runtime version must match the value in configure() and in the dashboard.
When native code changes
Caution: Any change to native code or native dependencies needs a new store build and a new runtime version. Publishing JavaScript that expects the new native code to older binaries would crash them.
